Brooke’s career in wildlife conservation commenced after earning her degree in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University in 2005. Since then, she has been deeply involved in species management, collaborating with agencies and universities across a spectrum of regions, from coastal Florida to Western Washington. As a biologist, Brooke has excelled in developing monitoring survey protocols, coordinating wildlife health investigations, and contributing to habitat restoration projects alongside conservation partners. Her career highlights include working closely with pilots to capture Rocky Mountain elk and conducting aerial surveys in Washington’s Cascade Range. Brooke is an avid potter, enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and camping, and has a strong love for exploring places across Central and South America.
